GLUTEN ALLERGY: How to order at Arpeggio
Our kitchen is ready and able to provide you with a delicious and truly gluten free meal, particularly since everything is fresh and made to order!
So many people have asked about this, both in the restaurant and via e-mail, we decided to write down guidelines to make ordering at our restaurant easier and safer for you!
FIRST AND FOREMOST:
Please make your server aware of your allergy before ordering; we have a special button in the system that alerts the kitchen staff!
Appetizers without gluten
Baba Ganush or Humus (order with cucumbers or grape tomatoes not pita)
Grilled Veggies
Mussels Marinara
Red Lentil Soup
Entrees and Sides
Brown Rice not white rice (we put vermicelli in the white rice)
Kabobs, Fish, Grilled Chicken BUT order dry or with one of the sauces below Order with brown rice or mashed potatoes.
Lamb filet, order with different sauce
Filet with blue cheese and Balsamic reduction
Sandwiches or many pasta dishes over brown rice, just follow sauce guidelines
Sauces
Do not order Wine sauce, Cream sauce or Teriyaki sauce!
THE FOLLOWING SAUCES ARE GLUTEN-FREE:
Marinara Sauce (Tomato)
Fresh chopped tomatoes, basil, olive oil with any protein over brown rice
Tahina (sesame oil dipping sauce, served with some of our entrees)
Balsamic Reduction (served on our filet)
Barbecue Sauce
Dressings
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Raspberry
House (Pesto Vinaigrette)
Aged Balsamic vinegar
Desserts
Gelato or Sorbetto

"Arpeggio has a great atmosphere!...you will see lots of warm colors. The fireplace is like a volcano bursting into red, orange and yellow flames. .....Arpeggio's service is excellent! ....they bring out your drinks as fast as you could say Butterfinger. Arpeggio has delicious appetizers! ....The pita was a crunchy cloud. Arpeggio has delicious food, excellent service, an awesome atmosphere and more! I think Arpeggio is the best place for lunch or dinner. I definitely recommend this restaurant!
